「I love this hotel! The staff is ALWAYS friendly, even late at night which is when I usually arrive. My daughter attends DSU and it is local to the school, so this I always my hotel choice in the area. The hotel is clean and the renovations have made it even nicer.」

「We stayed in room 205. We arrived late to check in and had a difficult time getting inside. We rang the bells several times and then eventually called and someone finally came to the front desk to buzz us in. The smell when we arrived and after housekeeping cleaned the room was not very pleasant. The toilet seat did not have a cover which is not very sanitary. Netflix stopped working on the television. The front desk attendant said to try restarting everything because he wasn’t sure how to fix...

「Check-in was easy. My room was so spacious and clean. The staff was kind enough to switch out my down pillows for hypoallergenic ones. The fireplace in the living room was a bonus. Parking was easy. It was super quiet. There was a full, well stocked kitchen. I would definitely stay here again.」

「I was in town for just one night and ended up booking this last minute. I’ve never stayed at a motel before because of the stigma, but I was pleasantly surprised. Everything was very clean, and the owner at the front desk was extremely friendly and welcoming. A nice bonus was the smart TV, which let me log into my own accounts and relax. Overall, a great experience and definitely changed my perspective on motels.」

「I was really impressed with both women at the front desk who helped us especially the one that checked us in late on the evening of the 30th. I also found it to be so comfortable and clean.」

「When my daughter and I walked into our room, the toilet seat was up and the water was running. The bowl was stained brownish red and there were pubic hairs on rim. There were two queen beds. Mine had definitely been slept in and not changed. There were long hair strands on one of my three pillows and in the bed as well as small short black hairs on top and under the top sheet. There were also hairs in the moldy shower. It really was gross. Not what I would expect for one night at $139」

「It was less expensive. Wasn't expecting it to be fancy but our stay wasn't with out drama. Checking was not smooth. Desk Clerk was confused due to too many things happening at the same time. She gave us the wrong stlye room. Then had to what in the car for them to clean another room for 20 mins. The one of the cleaning staff didn't show up for work. Then there wasn't any remote for our TV. They had no replacement, so we had no TV. When we checked out the Clerk didn't know if we had paid a...

「Unfriendly and uncaring front desk employee. Shower flooring was damaged, I reported it right away and took a picture of it, he didn’t even care and just asked for the room #. We didn’t use the shower at all. At about 2:30 AM a loud sound( sounded like a pump) lasted for about 2 hours. At check out I didn’t even get a good morning or a thank you from the same person who checked us in. I would not recommend this location. We didn’t even wanted to stay for breakfast, we were happy to leave!!」
