「Reception Lady was lovely!!」

「No body wash or hair shampoo in the bathroom but everything else was great. 」

「I love this hotel! The staff is ALWAYS friendly, even late at night which is when I usually arrive. My daughter attends DSU and it is local to the school, so this I always my hotel choice in the area. The hotel is clean and the renovations have made it even nicer.」

「Check-in was easy. My room was so spacious and clean. The staff was kind enough to switch out my down pillows for hypoallergenic ones. The fireplace in the living room was a bonus. Parking was easy. It was super quiet. There was a full, well stocked kitchen. I would definitely stay here again.」

「Unfriendly and uncaring front desk employee. Shower flooring was damaged, I reported it right away and took a picture of it, he didn’t even care and just asked for the room #. We didn’t use the shower at all. At about 2:30 AM a loud sound( sounded like a pump) lasted for about 2 hours. At check out I didn’t even get a good morning or a thank you from the same person who checked us in. I would not recommend this location. We didn’t even wanted to stay for breakfast, we were happy to leave!!」
