「Clean room You have to pay for the breakfast」

「Clean and comfortable rooms! Tucked away from main road. A/C and heat worked great. Check in and check out was rough with low staff there as well as inexperienced staff left alone. Not enough towels in room for a 4 person stay (only 3 towels and no wash clothes), got the cold shoulder for asking for a couple more towels. Breakfast bar was cold or empty/not restocked/cleaned the 2 days we were there so be aware if that’s something you need in the am. 」

「Some of the amenities needed repairing and all the sofa pillows were very dirty to the point you we didn’t even sit on them. The shower handle came off while trying to turn it on and take a shower. Other than those issues everything else were excellent.」

「Our stay was very nice. The lady who checked us in was super sweet and friendly. We arrived earlier than expected so I was expecting for our room to not be ready however, they had a room available. The rooms were spacious and clean. The breakfast was good and I like that they switch the items up. The pool area was also nice and clean. Overall, we had a lovely stay and I really liked how this hotel made sure that everything was clean.」

「Staff were whatever, can’t be rude if you don’t speak I guess. No amenities. Bare bones place. It would be fine but the elevator stunk so bad. Does someone vomit in the shafts everyday. The hallways stink too but in a chemical way 」

「We stayed in room 122. Unknown to us. The room was near a public restroom. All night long the door slammed from individuals going in and out. An easy fix would be adjusting the gas shock to soften the door closure, or at minimum add rubber bumpers to stop the loud bang every time someone enters or exits. Horrible experience.」

「Not a great stay」

「No one at desk when we got there. Had to make noise to locate one. The elevator was making a terrible noise and jumping around so they told us not to use it. We were on the 3rd floor. Floors were dirty. Air didn’t work right. Hairdryer didn’t work so went to desk for another one. Juice was terrible. Restaurants were close by. 」

「The property looks nice and staff was good. We stay in room 104 Had to try and find a light to work the one at the door did not work they had it turned off on the other side of the room. The room was not the cleanest I have stayed in. The bed was rock hard.」
