「Had to stay here last minute due to severe storms delaying my solo trip. This is seriously the greatest hotel in DeSoto County. Very polite, helpful, professional, and kind staff. The room was immaculate, peaceful, and the cleanest room I’ve stayed in. Will 100% return here next time I stop back into town. Only thing is the parking lot fills up quickly but not the end of the world.」

「This property is a shining example of what a mid tier hotel should be. Property and rooms impeccably clean. No crappy coffee maker, coffee is made to order machine in lobby. Breakfast top notch, multiple friendly staff smiling and hustling to make it all happen. Nice outside sitting area. Great work all and thanks. 」

「We reserved a two Queen Bed Room through Expedia. However, when we got to the hotel, in our third floor room with our heavy luggage....it was one King bed. Too tired and sleepy to go back downstairs to make a fuss. Next day, when I queried the desk gal, she said the issue was "not on them". I would need to contact my third party scheduler, Expedia. Needless to say, they would not take responsibility for putting us in the wrong room. They said EXPEDIA was at fault, since they said King Bed...

「The hotel itself was very nice and clean, but be aware you will have to pay a $50 incidentals fee at check in that is supposed to be returned to you. Our stay was April 17th 2026 and the $50 has still not been returned. 」

「The "free" breakfast was a joke. Everything was prepackaged except for the waffles and the staff was not refilling anything. The ice machine on the bottom floor was empty. When we returned to our room at the end of the day, it was not cleaned, no new towels, the trash was not emptied, the bed was not maid up. When I told the man at the front desk he said they send text to ask about room cleaning but we both check our text for that day and we did NOT get any such text. We will never stay at a...
