"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. From the room, to the amenities like the women’s only pool/spa, to the amazing breakfast buffet. What stood out most were the exceptional staff! "The property was absolutely beautiful! Inspired by ottoman and mongol architecture, the hotel was like a palace! Views were beautiful and a feast for the eyes. We were upgraded to a premium room and was lovely for me and my family. Everything was brilliant, however more choice at breakfast would have been nice ans more of a staff presence by the poolside would be appreciated. The sunbeds look worn, and have seen better days. Turn down service was great and a credit to the hotel. Lovely overall stay for a quiet relaxing family holiday."

"The staff are a real credit to the hotel! Those at Vine restaurant (Yoonus, Alma, Basit, Jacqueline), Faith at Astor Grill, Amine at guest relations, Thesse at Sarab Lounge. Gabriel at the front entrance! What an amazing bunch of people. Nothing was too much for anyone! The food was of top quality, breakfast was absolutely fantastic and the surroundings were lush! There is a mixed gym and female only gym available which was very welcome and sauna, steam room available in the changing areas of the gym. The Butler service was an awesome added touch where 2 pieces of clothing were ironed on a daily basis. Checking was seamless. Nadine was super helpful. Room was large, lots of amenities. An issue with rowdy guests making noise in the night was resolved very quickly. A fantastic stay overall. Don't just think about coming to the hotel, book it!"

"Absolutely amazing waterpark — it’s huge, so even with plenty of visitors, the queues were never too long. The pools were lovely, the food was delicious, and the service was excellent. The rooms were also beautiful, spacious and very comfortable. Overall, a fantastic stay and a place we would happily return to!"

"An Unforgettable Stay at Raffles Doha My mum, my sister, and I had the pleasure of staying at Raffles Doha for seven nights, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, every member of the staff was incredibly warm, friendly, and welcoming. They always greeted us with a smile and made both my family and me feel genuinely cared for throughout our stay. Our Urban Suite was absolutely stunning—very spacious, beautifully designed, and extremely comfortable. It quickly felt like a home away from home. The breakfast was one of the highlights of our stay. There was a fantastic selection of high-quality food, and everything we tried was delicious. It was the perfect way to start each day. On our second night, there was a fire alarm while we were staying on the 11th floor. My mum has a very bad knee, so walking all the way down the stairs felt never-ending and was quite challenging for her. However, I was genuinely impressed by how professionally the hotel handled the situation. The manager and staff were calm, reassuring, and extremely attentive. They provided us with bottled water and escorted guests to the neighbouring Fairmont Doha, where we were able to rest comfortably until everything was confirmed to be safe. Their quick response and excellent customer service turned what could have been a stressful experience into one where we felt safe and well looked after.
