We than waited another 10min for the landlord to turn up. Beds in apartment were below standard and with horrible, bad quality mattresses. The daily rate charged was quite expensive given the poor quality of beds and matresses. That is not quality, but unacceptable state of affairs. 「Some of the basics were not provided on our stay so really wasn't worth the money. Communication - didn't receive the check-in details by email as instructions said. The day before the stay I tried to contact the host multiple ways, including Hotels.com support x 2, with no luck. Eventually on the day of the stay I was told I would get the information at 12pm. At around 1pm I had not received the information so chased again. Was finally given the information at 2pm but was rudely told that...

「The property was fine for what we needed it for, a one night stay before the London Marathon. It needs some repairs and has some sections in the bathroom and kitchen held filled with exposed expanding foam. The floor is coming up in the kitchen in one corner. Overall it does the job but isn’t in the best condition. 」
