Stark rekommendation.」

「Apologize that I have to leave a bad comment for this hotel.
When I check-in around 17:00 at the reception. My booking is 2 people for 2 nights which I showed the booking her. She marked my booking no. then talking very fast that I cannot get the meaning. Later, she gave me 1 door card. I said we are 2 people here and should have 2 cards. She blaimed me that "I asked you that are you travel alone and you say yes. Then I give you 1 card. Anyway, I can give you another one.". 」

The room was really nice! It was clean and wide.
Staff there are very welcoming. Always willing to answer your questions and have an interesting chat with you.
The breakfast was really nice with a big variety of food.
There is also a restaurant in the hotel. The cuisine was tasty but a bit pricy.
The location is a bit far from the train station. You would need to walk for 10 min to the bus station and take another 10 min bus to Utrecht Centrale, but I think it's acceptable
