"We have booked 4 nights. Yet, there is no information on their changing towels and room cleansing for every 7 nights until we asked them to clean the room. It was after bargain that they gave 2 more sets of towels for us to use.
The cleanliness had many rooms for improvement. The water boiler is dark in color, the kitchen floor is sticky, and most importantly, the cover of the toilet had some marks of stool.
We have booked the property 2 months in advanced and had tried to contact the property through Hotels.com and the property's link but they never reply. We only succeed in contacting them using SMS after we landed in Australia and brought a sim card.
It is suggested that the property has to be more serious in doing the business.
