「This is probably the fourth time my husband and I have stayed here when in Smiths Falls. The hotel is spotlessly clean, very comfortable and very quiet. All staff are friendly and welcoming. The room is very clean and comfortable. Location is convenient. That’s why we keep coming back.」

「dated hotel. all the upgrades are lobby, sort of. nothing done in elevator, guest floors, ice machine placements. staff is great mostly. clean bedding, comfy beds. needs some serious attention to cleaning vents, window sills, bathroom ventilation, tub plugs.」

「The suite was clean and the owners were friendly, helpful and thoughtful. It was in a perfect location in the center of town. Parking is out back. but we recommend using the stairs to the street.We would definitely go back again!」
