「Some deferred maintenance in the property. Shower water faucet is plumbed opposite in room 402. Hot is cold, cold is hot. Shower head is very loose, some mold in the shower. No coffee cups in the room for the coffee maker. Otherwise, property was nice, staff was friendly, breakfast was okay.」

「EXCELLENT breakfast, very good fitness center. Quiet, no crazies down the hall. Friendly staff. I stayed at a Hampton in Louisville earlier in the week, had a great stay, and I scheduled with the HI in Paducah based on that experience. VERY good motel.」

「This place is a great place to stay. The only complaint I have is they need to do a little bit more maintenance around the building as far as clearing cobwebs and nests of wasps. It would also be great if they would have microwaves and refrigerators in the rooms other than that, we will continue to visit this place every time we go to Kentucky lake area」
