「Staff」

「The location was good. Hotel is old and needs updating. The grounds are not well maintained. High grass, lots of dead leaves near the entrance and no pruning to trees. Staff at front desk were not welcoming or engaging. Breakfast was just OK. Not what we expected for the price we paid.」

「This property is not well maintained, and the room was dirty. There were smudges on the bathroom mirror and the hall mirror. The carpet was dirty. I did let management know and they said they had new staff that they were training.」

「This property was amazingly beautiful. Very friendly greeting from the Hostess, very clean and the grounds had several nice areas to sit and relax. It’s about 8 minutes from Dahlonega which is very convenient. If you’re looking for a nice place to unwind and be surrounded by flowers, trees and a beautiful view of the mountains this is it.」
