「When we arrived to our room, we realized there was only one king bed. We booked a room with 2 queens, which I showed to the front desk staff. The man explained they were out of rooms with 2 beds so would give us a room with two kings or take $75 off our existing room. We were on our way to an event and I was told we could sort it out when we returned. While we were out, I received a voicemail letting me know they actually did not have an extra room available for us and only the discounted room...
