The only thing that was very disappointing was the shuttle, we had to call the hotel a couple of times before the driver got the message and we waited over an hour and a have before they picked us up, I think it would be helpful if the driver had a phone we could call directly to him/her would be much much convenient for us especially after being at the hospital...
