「The ocean views were stunning. It is a beautiful location, very quiet at the top of a hill overlooking Brookings OR and the Pacific Ocean including some local “haystacks”. Although it’s not a full kitchen we were able to cook breakfast, which is important to us.
The owners were easy to communicate with, entering the property was easy. The bed was the most comfortable mattress we have had on our travels. Wonderful location.」

「Not very clean, one of the beds in our room was broken, carpet in the room was gross, the room smelt bad, there was no microwave in the room just overall really needs to be cleaned and maintained better. It was cheap compared to some of the nearby hotels and I guess that’s why! We won’t be going back!」

This property was nothing like what we expected. The room was dirty, the TV didn’t work, and there was no staff on-site to help with any of the issues.

「Really pleasant stay! Rich at the front desk was so welcoming, friendly and helpful with local recommendations! Lots of parking available and good central location in town. Room was good. Only “issue” was my toilet was constantly running. If I’m ever in Brookings again, I would stay again!」

「The staff was great, very helpful. I left two items behind and they arranged to have it shipped to my home so I didn't have to return and pick it up. My only complaint was the sheets had some black marks on them, very small, that my wife noticed. The sheets were clean, they had been washed.
