"Arrived late, but the hotel had a lot of inventory so room selection should have been no problem. The front desk staff gave us our room key (room was assigned earlier in day, as far as we could tell).
Room was tiny! It was also on the main road side of the hotel, so we couldn't sleep with road noise, traffic, drunk people on streets, etc. If it was peak season, I'd understand ending up in a room like this. But the hotel had ALOT of empty rooms, so maybe management should think about how they assign rooms at low inventory times of year.
While there is a lift to each floor -- there are also stairs on each floor that have to be used to access about half of the rooms. For those with disabilities, make sure they put you in one of the rooms on the level with the elevator.
There was a nice lounge/bar attached to hotel.
Amenities were super nice.
Breakfast looked like standard hotel fare (cereal and eggs) - we went around the corner to a nice cafe for breakfast. "
