「Wonderful!」

「We wanted to stay somewhere different than corporate hotel (shop local), and this was a great choice. We didn’t need a lot of amenities; just a comfortable bed and a clean modern bathroom. Contactless check-in was a breeze and I think we were the only people there that night, so it was nice and quiet. My only complaint is that nobody made a pot of coffee in the lounge the next morning. Other than that, 5 stars」

「Nice clean room and bathroom . Nice walk-in shower. Loved that they had chargers / outlets everywhere in the room, we weren’t having to take turns charging electronics. Another detail I liked was the bathroom lighting , it was the soft white light instead of harsh fluorescents. Only thing i didn’t like was the ice machine on our floor was out of order and the shower head only had enough water pressure on the hot setting. I would stay there again.」

「The room wasn't great. It was so humid in the room, No matter what we tried we couldn't improve the situation. The carpet was wet, the bedding felt wet. We put towels on the floor to walk on. Our clothes and hair became damp. The hallway was very humid as well. We finally decided to just check out and leave at 1:30 am. When I told the morning staff about it, they just said, yes we've been having a humidity issue. Why didn't you tell me this before I checked in? I was there with my 83 yr old...

「The hotel room was great, and overall we had a very nice stay. Everything was clean, comfortable, and the staff/service was excellent. My only complaint is that the air conditioner was positioned directly over the beds, so the cold air blew right on us while sleeping. It made the beds feel a little too cold, especially with the air blowing directly down. A simple improvement might be to add an air deflector or vent redirection cover to help direct the airflow away from the beds. Other than...

「The room was pretty clean. Under the ac and in the corners was dirty. Back of bathroom door was dirty. Water didn’t drain well in shower. One of the beds squeaked and popped every time I turned or got up or down. It was ok for a one night stay. Staff was very friendly and helpful.」
