The staff are really very friendly. This issue i had was that the room is extremely noisy. You hear every car and moped that passes and because the room is next to the swimming pool, you can hear constant chatter and teens jumping in the pool all the time i was there. In addition the expedia site lists this hotel in a totally different part of the island on the beach of Koukounaries when infact is is close to Skiathos town on the beach at Megali Ammos. Very misleading and totally different beaches.
