When my TA booked my stay I got a small room with an very uncomfortable bed, yet after rebooking because I had a long time between my train and the hotel checkout I rebooked just to sleep, and got a massive suite with a bed that was 100 times more comfortable than the previous. No uniformity across rooms, if you want a comfortable stay, you have to pay for a bigger room."

"Lovely common areas to sit near check in lobby. Staff was accomodating in storing our luggage safely . Bed was very very comfortable. Staff went looking for a jacket I thought I had z ax accident left in the room and did that promptly at check out. The bathroom did not supply body lotion and the hair dryer was missing. Staff brought one to me."
