「住宿地點處在鬧區的巷子內，人煙較少但還算方便，入住時要走到另一個巷子去找櫃台，不太方便。房間很大很精美非常棒的空間!但入住時須支付200英鎊的訂金，不知道何時會退還，這點令我有點擔憂。其他方面都很完美。」

「Good location with parking, slight issue with the parking as you are given an allocated spot but upon arrival there was a vehicle already parked in the spot, quick phone call and instructions given to park elsewhere which was fine. Entry door system was hit and miss, didn’t work upon arrival but then on return did the same thing but it worked. Stayed in a 2 bedroom but only one bathroom so if you were not from the same family it might cause a few issues. 」

「屬於公寓類型的旅館，最棒的是有完整廚具的廚房。可自己到附近的商店購買微波、烘烤或煮食的食品，並自行下廚。電車與公車站就在旁邊，行動方便。但是晚上電車行駛較晚，振動會造成些許困擾。有洗衣機對我們而言是相當方便的。但是有兩個晚上，隔壁房在半夜洗衣服，振動造成我無法入眠。」

「Was surprised at the size and the facilities were great. Just felt that it should have been dusted and cleaned behind the bedside tables and there should have been remotes for the skylight covers. 」

「As requested we advised our arrival time & reconfirmed 30 minutes prior but unfortunately still had to wait for a staff member to arrive to let us in. Wifi code not given, & couldn't find it in room so had to text for it. Room was in basement & we found it a little cold, & couldn't get the radiator to work. In morning, no hot water as bolier was not working, so that might explain the radiator not working too? We were eventually offered the use of another room to shower, but declined as we...

「It's a building with several apartments so ours did not exactly match the photos, but it did look similar enough. We were on the second floor and there was no lift - something to be aware of if you have trouble with stairs. The bed was really comfortable and the sheets were lovely and soft. The sofa was a little small but comfortable enough. The apartment was clean, but some of the kitchen utensils were dirty, presumably from previous guests. The oven did not work for us.
