Room was clean and spacious, excellent breakfast with plenty of choices, the owner went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, owner very helpful and knowledgeable of the area and facilities.
The hotel is truly a lovely family-run place. The rooms are clean and functional. The owner, Angelique, is very helpful and kind. My spouse and I went to Skegness to look for a rental house, and she was incredibly supportive. The breakfasts are delicious and prepared with care, tailored to our preferences. We felt as comfortable and relaxed as we would in our own home. The location is both close to the beach and the town centre, yet it's in a quiet area. Thank you very much.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Disliked: Room comfort
The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms and clean and very good.
However, there was a problem with hot water. At check I was advised to run the tap for minimum of 7-10 minutes to get hot water. For the period of 2 nights I was there, I could not get a drop of hot water from the taps. After running the taps for 10 minutes I gave up. Very poor for the environment. There was a kettle in the room where the power cable in attached to it. To get water from the bathroom tap I had to carry the power cable with the kettle. Very inconvenient. They have very hard pillows and I am still suffering from neck pain a week after staying at the palm Court.
Fabulous stay in a family run guesthouse with great friendly welcome
Easily the best place I have ever stayed in Skegness for so many reasons
Great central location, lovely people and a bed so comfy you won’t want to get out of it.
This family look after you with real genuine care and pride and just as importantly a happy smile
This is not your typical grumpy guesthouse. This is the opposite with a really happy friendly atmosphere and attention to detail
I travel full time and this is genuinely the best ran and most delightful place to stay
My new go to Skegness place to stay
The "Palm Court Hotel" on south parade was as described. It was in the 'perfect location' quiet enough to sleep at night, but near enough to walk to the 'Clock Tower'. My room had a fantastic view out over the sea, as it was at the top of the property. The only downside was because of my 'mobility issues' it was up 2 flights of stairs. I however got used to this - and took the stairs steadily, both upwards and downwards. Also when I arrived Angelique, very kindly carried my case up the stairs ti my room for me. There is also adequate stair Bannister's either side to hold onto. The wi- fi was excellent at this property, even for me at the top..!! The room was warm, clean, adequately provisioned ( tea, coffee, sugar, milk, small kettle, cup, spoon). There is also a file within the room all about the property and the owners. There is also a 'quiet time' policy in the property between 9pm and 6am - this is for guests benefit so they can get some sound sleep. This is a good policy to have. So I made sure to never slam any doors after this time..!! All the doors of the rooms have 'automatic door' closers fitted to the top of the doors, so you have to hold the handle to make sure the door doesn't bang, when closing. There were only 2 things that mattered. 1) light shines from the hallway, under the door. 2) in my room, which was 'compact & bijou' the end of the bed, prevented the bathroom door from either opening out properly and it would re-bound back off the bed and close
We enjoyed a long weekend at palm Court room was spotless great sea view lovely piping hot breakfast. Hosts very friendly nothing two much trouble we will be staying here again in the future no doubt
