「It has nice view to the forest and you would be able to see the sunrise in the morning which is beautiful. The outdoor hot tub is supposed to be closed at 10pm, but people are still using it and making noises at night. We told the front desk about it, but they said the whole deck area is a common area, they couldn't do anything about it. This's weird that they have a rule to close the pool at 10pm but no one is forcing it.」

「The staff were nice and helpful. The location is also very ideal for close proximity to everything. I will say the rooms are a little stiff and minimalistic which is just a matter of preference. Also for amenities only one of the 3 hot tubs was fully functional. Also for a 4 star hotel I would have expected the tile grout work to be a little more well finished in the showers. I feel this hotel is targeting a specific lifestyle and demographic, which I’m sure it works very well for that...

「The property and room were amazing; very clean. We really enjoyed our stay here. The only hiccup was the water was out to the property when we arrived, but that is rare and not really anyone's fault. Other than that, we enjoyed the pool, the room, and the convenience to town.」

「This hotel did not have Air conditioning, instead there was a $20 Walmart box fan in the room, we had to endure a 65 decibel drone all day and night. No housekeeping service was provided. Also charging a resort fee is a joke since the pool and other facilities were not available. The only saving grace was the front desk employees who were all pleasant and helpful. One in particular, I believe her name was Cassie was extremely helpful when my wife was experiencing altitude sickness, she provided...

「Very friendly staff and clean room. Great location and easy access to shops. We faced the pool and it was not a bother as the resort closes the pool at a reasonable hour.」

「The staff was great. The only thing was no air conditioning in the rooms. Well, we got there. The room was very hot and the room I got. I had no screens in the bedroom.It seemed a little run down. Location was great. The views were spectacular.」

「The location of this property was perfect! Very close to all of the restaurants and shopping. The room was stocked with pot/pans and all the dishes we needed for our stay. The showers also had shampoo and body wash but we did not use as we had already packed ours. The room was clean and there was a washer and dryer in the unit. I do wish the parking was part of the fee but it’s not. Overall the room was exactly what we needed, however, I wish there would've been somewhere on the booking page...

「Great location comfortable only negative no air conditioning a fan helped a lot and second the upstairs bedroom area had a spiral staircase hard for 2 70 y/o to use. We will return to this hotel 」

「This unit faces the intersection of Main and South Park Ave. Given the warmth we needed to have all the windows open. It was extremely noisy (people, vehicles, sirens, etc) until the very early morning hours making it hard to stay asleep. Other than not having a hair dryer as advertised, the location, amenities and condition of the unit and property were good. Wouldn’t stay here again due to noise」
