Rezervasyon sırasında seçtiğim oda ile konaklama sırasında bana verilen oda aynı değildi. Ödediğim ücrete karşılık olarak beklediğim standartlarda bir oda tahsis edilmedi. Ayrıca yatak oldukça rahatsızdı ve sürekli ses çıkarıyordu, bu durum konforlu bir konaklama deneyimi yaşamamı engelledi. Ücret farkı ve yaşanan memnuniyetsizlikle ilgili gerekli incelemenin yapılarak tarafıma dönüş yapılmasını rica ederim.

Several issues. From the elevator not working and the lughts going out in it, to no staff in the restaurant, to a room that was 34° and the thermostat didn’t work, to a bedside light that couldn’t be turned off, to a sink that moved, to a breakfast staff member coughing a lot around the food.

Beklentimin altındaydı

Öncelikle ismine güvenerek gittiğimiz bir otel işletmesiydi.Lakin pek beklentimizi karşılamadı. İlk odamızda WC sifon ile ilgili sorun yaşadık daha sonrasında başka bir oda talep ettik. Yeni odamızda ise yastık ve çarşaf kılıflarında lekeler vardı. Artık normalleştirerek bu şekilde kullandık. Oda içinde ölü sinekler de vardı. Kahvaltı fena değildi. Konum Sivas’ın biraz dışındaydı. Recepsiyon görevlileri ve diğer görevliler güler yüzlüydü. Tarihi yapılara mesafesi daha fazlaydı. Ben bir daha kullanmam ama deneyimlemek isteyen deneyimlesin.

6 kişilik bir aile olarak, iki tane oda tuttuk bir geceliğine. 203 ve 206 numaralı odalar. 203 numaralı odada klima çalışmıyor, ve her iki odanın duşakabinlerinden dışarı su çıkıyor, her taraf su oluyor saniyeler içinde. Artı, suyun derecesini ayarlıyorsunuz, ama maalesef, ayarladığınız gibi kalmıyor, kafanızdan bir kaynar su akıyor, bir buz gibi su akıyor, hasta olmaya bir e bir. Tuvaletleri öyle bir yere konumlandırdılar ki, resmen duşakabinle duvarın arasına sıkıştırmışlar, az bi kilolu iseniz, işiniz zor. Son olarak, taharet musluğu artık kapatmıyor suyu, su sürekli akıyor tuvaletin içine. Nerdeyse unutuyordum, sabah saat 9 gibi temizlikçi kapıya vurmadan içeri girdi, “Hanım efendi biz burdayız, daha odayı teslim etmedik dedim”, “Aa pardon, listemde bu oda boş gözüküyor” dedi. Bir çok Ramada da kaldık, hep memnun kaldık, ama bu sefer gerçekten rezil olduk. Ramada Sivas, gerçekten diğer Ramada’ların 10 da birini etmez.

Odaya geç giriş yaptım normalde bana verilmesi gereken oda 60 metrekarelik büyük odaydı küçücük bir oda verildi ayrıca şehir merkezine 4 km uzaklıkta Ulu Cami 2 dakika sürüş diye ama baktığın zaman araçta 10 dakika sürüş gösteriyor hamamı havuzu otelin dışında bahçeden geçiş yapılıyor bilgilendirme çok eksik

2 suit oda rezervasyonu yapmıştım. Otele girerken aynı katta olmasını rica edince 1 odayı standart oda teklif ettiler, biz de kabul ettik. Fakat standart odanın çok soğuk olduğunu ve klimanın da sıcak vermediğini farkedince odayı değiştirmek istedik. Resepsiyondaki arkadaş bayağı defans yaptıktan sonra kabul ettiler. Bu sırada anladıkki gece otelde temizlikçi çalışmıyormuş. Kahvaltı dışında yemek servisi yoktu, lokanta kapalı dediler.. ayrıca otelin yeri çevre yolunda, arabalı olanlar için iyi ama yürüyerek şehire gidilemez..
