Host was very friendly and welcoming and spoke good English. The room was very clean and just as it looks on the pictures. We had fresh towels provided everyday and bins changed. The bed was also made by the cleaner too. Overall an excellent stay would highly recommend. Also the apartment is only a 2 minute walk to the bars and restaurants in Neos Marmaras too.

What a wonderful setting! We were on the top floor and had an entire deck available to us The manager and his wife could not have been more hospitable The coast and town are absolutely gorgeous Just what you expect from a vacation in Greece

Positiv: Sauber, modern, tägliche Reinigung, freundlicher Empfang durch Christo. Direkt in Neos Marmaras, alles fussläufig erreichbar. Kaffee, Tee, Wasser zur Begrüßung.
Negativ: Im Buchungsprozess war für uns nicht ersichtlich, wozu die Dachterrassen gehören -definitiv nicht zum Superior- oder Doppelzimmer.
Superiorzimmer durch die inkludierte Küchenzeile etwas beengt. Kein Vorflur, direkte Tür vom Zimmer zum Treppenhaus. Hellhörig-alle Geräusche von der Rezeption hallen zu den Zimmern im 2.OG. Duschwand zu kurz, Badezimmer wird leider nass.

Tutto bene!
Bella camera spaziosa con angolo cucina, arredamento nuovo, molto pulito (fanno le pulizie tutti i giorni).
C'è un terrazzino sufficiente per fare asciugare costumi ed asciugamani.
Vicinissimo al centro ed al porto.
Proprietario molto gentile e premuroso.

We werden fijn onthaald in het Nederlands. De weg naar het appartement is een beetje stijl maar gelukkig werden we geholpen door tijdelijk een parkeerplek vrij te maken zodat we de koffers gemakkelijk konden uitladen. Onze koffers werden ook netjes naar boven gebracht. Top service! De kamers zijn nieuw en netjes.

Merkezi, temiz, modern işletme
Otel Marmaras’ın tam merkezinde yer alıyor. Odalar çok temiz, düzenli, modern dekore edilmiş. Manzaralı balkonu da vardı. Sahibi çok canayakın ve yardımsever. Girişi biraz yokuş fakat önünde eşyalarınızı indirmeniz için ufak park yeri var, sonrasında aracınızı yakınlardaki ücretsiz park alanına bırakabilirsiniz. Otel sahibi odaya görülecek yerler ile ilgili not bırakmış, bir kısmını denedik gayet keyifliydi. Çıkışta bize ufak hediyeler vermeleri de çok tatlı bir davranıştı. Tekrar gelirsem yine burada kalırım.

Vi var väldigt nöjda med alla aspekter av vår vistelse. Rummet var rymligt, rent och mycket bekvämt. Sängen var särskilt skön och vi uppskattade verkligen den vackra utsikten från vårt fönster. Personalen var exceptionellt vänlig och hjälpsam, alltid redo att svara på våra frågor och ge oss bra tips om lokala sevärdheter.
Hotellets läge var också perfekt, med enkel tillgång till både stadens centrum och kollektivtrafik.
Vi uppskattade verkligen den lugna och avkopplande atmosfären på hotellet, vilket gjorde vår vistelse ännu mer minnesvärd. Vi kommer definitivt att rekommendera ert hotell till våra vänner och familj och ser fram emot att återvända i framtiden.

Hotel appart au top
Situé a deux pas d une ance du village, avec vus sur la mer. Un plage est accessible a moins de 15mn au sud. En louant un scooter, c est le reve. La chambre est simple mais propre avec des linges de lits tres conforts. L accueil est tres sympa et le personnel pros et attentionné.

Great location at the center of Marmaras, and brand new apartments. Parking is a bit hard, especially after the evening that everyone is back from the beaches. Just a note though, we booked a "Junior Suite" which is pretty much a quadruple room, wouldn't call it a "suite". Also, cleaning wasn't daily - although we left the room a bit late every day and cleaning might be done only during morning hours.

* L'hotel ne se trouve pas dans la rue principale mais un peu en retrait ce qui permet d'être au calme. * Hotel à 200m des plages privées. Possibilité de se mettre sur le sable mais il y a peu de places. Sinon transat+parasol: 4,50E/journée. * Location voiture: (premier prix): 30E/j (assurances incluses)
