「⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4/5 We’ve just returned from a stay at Enorme Santanna Island Resort and overall had a lovely holiday, but there were a few things that stopped it from being a full 5-star experience. 「I would not agree with the hotel having 5 stars, I think it is a proper 4 star hotel. They lie about having a gym and a sauna: the gym is a 3x3 meters room that has 2 machines and that is it, useless to be honest, while the sauna is only accessible if you take a massage, which costs 80-500 eur depending on the massage. 「Wir sind schon viele Jahre in Sissi und probieren immer mal wieder eine neue Unterkunft aus, dieses Mal Koutrakis Suites. Eines vorweg: Wir waren äußerst zufrieden und würden es immer wieder buchen. Unsere Suite war ebenerdig zugänglich und verfügte über ein Schlafzimmer, ein Wohnzimmer und ein Bad mit Dusche und Wanne. 「Very nice hotel. Pleasant and very helpful staff. Food was very good and service in the restaurant was very good too. We stayed in a two bedroom suite with two bathrooms and it was very comfortable with a large corner balcony accessible from both rooms. Rooms well cleaned daily. Although a minor issue was that we had a coffee pod machine which I thought was a bonus, but the two pods supplied, surprisingly weren't replenished. First world problems, eh!!
