"Breakfast was fantastic. Did not have a chance to spend any time at the SPA. Thoroughly fantastic experience. Check in staff were outstanding. The young man that helped us has the potential to be a manager of a tier one property. "

The woman at the front desk in the evening was super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend the parma ham and cheese making tour while you are here. The tour was a highlight of our trip "

"The bathroom was not very private (just a glass door where you can look through the hinges) but very clean. The hotel is a long walk from the city center but there was a few options for public transportation. The bruch was very good, with a lot of options and the service was impeccable."

"The overall state of the property was great! the rooms amazing, the bathrooms with large showers and counters amazing. The breakfast was exceptional " in house baked bread" full cheese and prosciutto selection mimosas and pastries were fantastic and fresh. "
