「酒店職員態度冷漠，只有餐廳職员（早餐）見過笑容。餐廳食物質素未達5星，味道不佳。自助晚餐性價此低。酒店有私人沙灘，美。雖然訂了海景露台房，但4樓露台外有花園，遮蔽了海景。剩下一線海景。更有住客錯認房間，從花園進入我房露台，切記要緊閉露台窗」

「If you are looking for seclusion then this island stays is for you. Staff ultra friendly helpful. Rooms are adequate and the pool and amenities are adequate. The negatives - it is an island so you are reliant on the Ferry to the mainland. This only arrived a handful of times per day. If you miss the last one you are stuck. Sunday is a no go as only arrives maybe 3 times a day. Though only 5 euros for a one-way ticket. The hotel is all inclusive however if you have been to Mexico this is not...

「This hotel was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. The family that own it are so helpful and kind , they will do everything to accommodate you, with a smile and sincerity that you just don’t find in other hotels. We are coming back in September and look forward to seeing them again. The old time charm of the hotel along with its history are amazing. Highly recommend it !」

「The room is clean and cozy. Perfect for us (2 adults 2 kids). The location is quite good too. Few minutes taxi to old town. The only complain I had was that the water is too slow. 」
