"We usually travel with our kids and choose hotels with pools so they can have fun while we relax. The property itself was very clean and had a nice atmosphere, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, our experience was not very family-friendly. We were told that children could not be loud, could not use the outdoor jacuzzi, and were not allowed in the pool area after certain hours. We respected all of the hotel’s rules and made sure our kids behaved appropriately. However, while we were at the pool, the lifeguard repeatedly approached us and seemed bothered even when our children were simply playing normally in the water. It made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. I understand the importance of keeping noise levels reasonable, especially inside the hotel, but when children cannot comfortably enjoy the pool, it takes away from the purpose of staying there as a family. Overall, the hotel seems better suited for adults without children or elderly guests rather than families. Sadly, because of our experience, we do not plan to return. I would also mention that the lifeguard came across as very rude and at times felt discriminatory in the way we were treated."
