I had a very negative experience during my recent hotel stay booked through Expedia. We were given incorrect rooms upon arrival, and the staff failed to properly address or accommodate the situation.
The condition of the room was unacceptable. The shower was dirty, and the floor leading into it was filthy. It was clear that the room had not been properly cleaned. In addition, the hotel appeared to be understaffed, which impacted service and responsiveness.
This experience fell far below...
