Maxwell Reserve is a delightful elegant hotel. Amazing interior ambience and old world charm of days gone by. A haven of peace tranquility and relaxation in todays hectic times. If one loves to read this hotel has has an amazing library. I enjoyed a complementary continental breakfast of organic plant based gmo free vegan delicious and so very healthy Charming courteous professional friendly staff, Looking forward to staying at the Maxwell Reserve on my next visit to Singapore

Great Hotel
Great hotel. The room was a little on the narrow but nothing you couldn't live with. Beautifully designed with an amazing shower. Could do with a little more handing storage for suits, shirts etc. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the black out blinds were top. Staff were extremely polite and helpful. I would definitely stay again.

We like it
The room is very small, but overall is good. The gym and pool was quite good.

Historic and beautiful.
The service and location are great. The staff is very accommodating. They need to open the other restaurant to offer more dining choices. The library bar is beautiful. Very historic look and feel. Some of the rooms are bit small, so be sure to check when you make your reservation.

Breakfast on one day was very slow. A guest next to us asked 4 time’s for coffee before it was bought to him.

Should be more upfront about spa not ready
The service and attentiveness was great. I did wish that their spa was open though. We went specifically knowing that Six Senses was well known for their spa, but was a bit disappointed to know that it was for nothing.

Friendly staff and room is on the smaller side but the deluxe room worked well for a couple and has a comfy bed. Excellent location.

Heaven in a hotel
Fantastic hotel with excellent service. The bedroom was beauitful with all the facilities you need plus one of the comfiest beds I've ever slept in. Loved the wellness theme and the goodie bag was an extra treat. Breakfast was also amazing.

Beautiful design, unbeatable location
This hotel was lovely in every way! The staff is so kind and helpful. The hotel was désignés by renowned French designer, Jacques Garcia. The rooms are compact but well-appointed. You have everything you need there. And the location is amazing! Walking distance to tons of great restaurants, bars, and workout classes. I can’t recommend this hotel enough.

We were disappointed , as service at breakfast was prompt but staff are not aware of the deals and standard of food presentation. Second we checked in as a couple but room set up was for 1 person only including sun set n sun rise drinks.

The hotel is located in a prime location where it’s close to local food stalls such as kawker center, MRT and hipster bars and restaurants. When we arrived, the hotel was renovating their restaurant so there was limited dine-in options and only one restricted access in and out of the hotel which caused some inconvenience.

A swanky serene stay
This is a modern, new hotel, everything is in perfect condition. My room had a small sitting area, with decked out mini “bar”, as well as the (very comfortable) bed area. The room has lots of little luxury touches, for example a tea menu, and a stress relief foot massage ball. I had breakfast in their restaurant, impressive menu, they could benefit from some faster options for those who just need a quick bite. Overall a calm stylish option, I’d love to return when I have more time to enjoy.
