As our hotel is advocating Accor’s Planet 21 initiatives for sustainability of the environment, we do not change linen daily for short stay guests unless specifically requested. Basic toiletries and necessities are still provided in the room but we have stopped placing single use products such as bottled water in the rooms so that our guests can also participate in our project. Our 2-in-1 bath gel and shampoo is in a dispenser whcih does not require topping up everytime guests check out. All our rooms are thoroughly cleaned and all linen are replaced at every guest check out.Our housekeeping supervisor has received your feedback and working hard to ensure our housekeeping services meets our very high standards for our guests' benefit. Unlimited hot water is available all the time, and just needs to be turned on using a switch positioned right outside the bathroom. This is in line with Singapore's effort for energy conservation.
