"It offered the bare minimum. Bathroom was clean and functional. Beds were not very comfortable. Minimal electric outlets. Had to request a luggage stand - none in room. "We saw a show at the Massmutual Center and you could not beat the location. The hotel was very clean, the room was comfortable, and the staff was very friendly. If I’m ever in Springfield again, I would definitely stay again!"

Landing in Downtown Hartford Near Dunkin' Park
"It says parking is included but I had to pay for parking every day. Front desk couldn’t fix it, the people she called didn’t fix it. Missed a work meeting because of the whole ordeal. Just the night is $24."
