Overall resort is nice and safe. The girl that checked us in wasn’t that pleasant. Rooms huge and accommodating with everything you need but a an odors once the ac was off. Overall stay was nice. Staff at the resort was always greeting you.

If all you are interested in is having a very good hotel room and a beach this is good value otherwise stay elsewhere. We did the breakfast package and although it was inconsistent, it was consistently bad. How it works is that it us all made to order (not a buffet) and they give the people with the package lower quality options and lower quality food than people paying a la carte. The service was also painfully slow (sometimes close to an hour) so we had to plan our mornings around being disappointed. It that's what the full all inclusive is like then I'm very happy happy that I didn't get it. The room on the other hand was fantastic. Large, spacious, fully functional kitchen but the staff didn't clean it once over the course of a week. Not once. This resorts was in my any ways you get what you pay for except the room was way more and the service was way less. I would like to recognize Devon vfron the wait staff. He made a poor situation much more tolerable through attentive food custoner service.

We stayed at an Ocean View studio and the room was beautiful, updated, and spacious. The beach is nice though not the best of Simpson Bay. Very convenient and good location. Close to many restaurants and local shops. We will likely be back.

Overall a great place to stay, walking distance to a private beach, the restaurant onsite is great, the rooms are clean and spacious, very close to Nowhere Special, Captain’s Rib Shack etc which is a major plus! Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The property was very clean, and the staff were friendly. The location is ideal if you're looking for a quiet family area. The beach was beautiful and well-maintained, with plenty of chairs and sunshades available. However, my room had a strange smell, reminiscent of humid wood. The hotel experience was not like other Hiltons I’ve stayed at; it felt more like an Airbnb. There was no daily housekeeping, which made it feel almost like self-catering. Additionally, the restaurant on the property was overpriced given the quality of the food. The buffet was disappointing; I had expected a variety of fresh, local fruits and locally sourced fish, but unfortunately, that was not the case. Overall, I was okay with my stay, but the rooms could use some renovation.

Right on the beach with mostly ocean view suits and very friendly personnel. Conveniently located close to airport, numerous restaurants, supermarket and public transportation. Mini buses would allow you to go to major parts of Dutch and French sides for the fraction of taxi fares.

The stay was okay but , could’ve been a stellar experience. The hospitality quite frankly wasn’t there and made me question booking this property. Then to add insult to injury house keeping came but never actually pick up dirty linens. They just left them on the patio which was an eye sore. On my final day of check out the said they could only extend check period to 10:30 am in which I understand but, was forced out earlier. I would think very hard before booking this property. It’s beautiful but you will be compromising other things.

The Hilton Vacation Club Flamingo was on a beautiful stretch of white sandy beach with no seaweed in sight. We loved that there were always chairs and umbrellas available. The trip included a light breakfast and buffet breakfast from Friday to Sunday which allowed us more time to enjoy the beautiful beach. I wish there were more food options at the hotel however. The only negative was a bout of stomach issues after eating chicken for dinner one night for me. My other family members had no problems with the food.
