I did not have a pet friendly room. It was clean with no smells or evidence of pets, which was nice.

Residence Inn by Marriott Vail
Staff was very defensive and short when asked a simple question as if we were bothering them.Staff was not welcoming, did not greet us not one time during our stay. Staff did not bring us towels when asked we had to call again the next day to receive more towels.
