"Enjoyed the fact that we were super close to the entrance of Sequoia National Park but the room was full of ants. Couldn’t leave any food inside. We ended up leaving all food in the car. The fridge fortunately was sealed but that didn’t mean ants weren’t all over it trying to get in. The tv didn’t have work, only had one channel with a big pop up infront of it"

"The best thing is the location i.e.the proximity to the natural river. However, the way the property is kept is not in line with the beauty of the natural surroundings. It's not clean inside and outside-- there was a constant unpleasant smell on the outside - not sure if it was their garbage or sewer system."

"I liked the location. The staff was very kind and helpful. The breakfast was good. The pool and hot tub area was very nice. Our room was in a completely different building more like a motel style. The elevator was broken and we were on the third floor so we had to carry our luggage up and down the stairs. The room that we stayed in was clean, but definitely needed some updates. The doors were very distressed. There were huge gaps around the door where you could see right through. Ants crawled...
