「The hallway was dirty leading to the room. Our sheets were dirty. (They did offer a new room and changed the sheets upon request. I just feel like the room should be clean and ready for you when you arrive.The bathroom floor was dirty. It appeared maybe there had been some work done under the sink and maybe they forgot to clean up after. There were no wash cloths and no bath mat.」

「All the ice machines were broken. The exit door on the north was broken. The trim on the cabinets in the room was cracked and peeling. The pool has been closed for most of the summer and is still not fixed. The stairwell carpet needs vacuuming. The bed skirts had spills or stains. It seemed like it was a good hotel that is really run down now.」

「Bathroom was small. We didn’t have towels in our room when we arrived.」

「The staff was friendly. The breakfast was pretty good. The shower door in our room needed new rollers. It was hard to close and we were afraid if we closed it all the way it might be difficult to open. Only one elevator was working.」

「Room was quiet and clean. Breakfast was the usual standard, no dairy free options for milk or yogurt which would be too much to expect. Staff not available at checkout. All contact was at check in.」

「It was a dump. There was no elevator, room smelled like a funky musky cologne, pillows were terrible, bedding was like sleeping with 2 sheets only. It was VERY dated. Toilet was wobbly. The only positive thing I can say is there were no bugs. I would not stay here again.」
