"I emailed the hotel to let them know I would arrive very late in the night and they never acknowledged receipt, so it’s no surprise I had issues accessing the property. The “welcome email” I received before arrival listed a code for a customer portal that linked to a broken URL, but was actually for the property’s outer gate. "Das Hotel liegt in einem "ausgesprochenen" Ski Gebiet. Und so ist es auch entsprechend ausgerichtet. Man sprach Englisch und es gab alle Dinge wie Restaurant, Bar etc. Da der Sommertourismus nicht sehr groß ist wurde alles entsprechend reduziert. Kann man verstehen."
