"This place is definitely for location, location , location!! The building is next to Plaza Santiago which was great to stop for Rioja and tapas and has a small church! It’s near Opera metro stop, walking distance to everything and next to the Royal Palace! The staff is so nice and they allow you to place your luggage at their offices if you need time to wander Madrid before or after check in. My only issue is the shower was a little difficult to figure out lol but that’s probably an American...

Pestana CR7 Gran Vía Madrid

Pestana CR7 Gran Vía Madrid

10/10 Excellent
"Excellent location, clean, helpful staff. Special thanks to Paula who was very nice and attentive. I would go back and recommend to colleagues. However the rooftop was closed and the pool and spa are really not accessible to guests all times. I was told it is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays - but our experience was closed on weekends too."
