"the room was dirty & smelled humid, the food service was terrible old meat in the menudo, the quality of the food was not what it used to be I came back bc I enjoyed being here last time & I come back with my family & the worst experience ever. there was no quiet floors too much noise."

"Rude large man at reception flirts with male customers. Nasty temper, argues with customers, rolls eyes when customers complain, gives you the worst rooms they have, pretends they don’t have the one you want, will immediately and aggressively pressure you to take refund if you complain about anything. A gross and despicable tamper. Not sure how he ended up at reception and why management tolerates him being abusive to clients."
