「Location was good, could have been a little cleaner, carpet in living room had large pieces of dried food, cobwebs in living room and master bedroom. Ceiling fan in master bedroom did not work. Box fan available but with no A/C it was warm even with box fan.」

In summer there is NO AC and in winter setting the thermostat at 55-65 degrees makes the main floor rooms (kitchen, LR, primary bedroom) ABSOLUTELY FREEZING while the lower floor (2nd & 3rd bedrooms) will be BLAZING HOT (ppl in our group received AppleWatch warnings due to high temps though it was February). 「I requested, and was promised, a dozen roses for my wife when we got there. Nothing. Emailed them and they said the florist was unable to get there. No communication. TV remote inoperative. We fixed. Fireplace inoperative. They came and fixed. Windows very dirty. 」
