Aufenthalt sehr geärgert hat, das die Klimaanlage tagsüber, wo kein Gast im Hotel ist zur Verfügung stand und Abends, wenn die Hotelgäste kommen ausgeschaltet wurde. Selbst nach meiner Anfrage, wurde dies ignoriert. Ich habe mich für dieses Hotel entschieden, weil es eine Klimaanlage auf der Homepage anbietet. "Super friendly and helpful staff, my husband and I got some trouble on our way to Jesenik, and the staff was super understanding and pacient with us! Loved the facilities, definitely a place to rest and decompress. The pool and sauna are amazing, and the views from there during the winter are incomparable. We will come back for sure!
