ホテルのコロニアル風の建物自体や中庭のプールは素敵だし、水回り特にバスに年月を感じた以外、部屋も清潔に掃除されている。ツインの部屋のベットの幅が狭いのは驚いた。朝食レストランは美味しいし、スタッフも感じ良い。評判のフレンチレストランの方は、やや期待外れ。土曜日のディナータイムに二組しか客がいなく、すぐ近くで一皿づつ食べ終わるのをじっと見つめられていて感じが悪かった。そんなにすぐ食べ終わるわけもないのに。料理も言われているほどではない。 旅行前にコンシェルとやりとりをしてツアーの手配レストランの手配を依頼していたが、4泊滞在した最終日の夕食になって、コンシェルジュが提案して予約したレストランが当日になって休みであることが判明し、担当したコンシェルが休みだったためそれをめぐって非常に時間がかかり最低だった。フロントデスクではレストランの場所すら間違った情報を言ったし。自分でTuktuk にのって休みか確認に行けとまで言ったので、啞然とした。当然こちらも黙ってはいないし、翌日まで非常に気分が悪かった。

This is a quiet oasis from the hustle and bustle of Siem Reap, made especially pleasant by the staff. All were happy, polite and went out of their way to be helpful. From Raksmey,Risa and especially Sona in reception to the restaurant and bar staff and the guys round the pool they were all great. I would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Siem Reap and will happily stay there again if we return to Siem Reap.

Great hotel. Food hugely overpriced

This is a great resort in an excellent location. Spotlessly clean and very colonial in feel. Staff and service perfect. Breakfast buffet was very high quality but food at lunch was mixed in quality and hugely overpriced compared with other hotels locally and even more expensive in some cases than a 5* hotel in the west. Having stayed at Victoria hotels in Vietnam it felt like this one was extracting as many dollars as possible from guests charging western prices whilst ( presumably) paying their wonderful staff local rates.

４泊しました。利用客はほぼ欧米人で、日本人以外にアジア系には会いませんでした。日本人も、近隣国に駐在されている家族連れの方達で、日本からの旅行者は私達だけでした。 つまり、とても隠れ家的なホテルです。 以前来た時は大手高級ホテルでしたが、こちらの方が断然寛げます。ミスのない、優しいサービスで快適でした。 部屋もスイートを取りましたが、もっと広い部屋にアップグレードされ、有難かったです。 朝食も、朝からシャンパンが飲めて幸せでした。 また、すぐにでも行きたいです。

ホテルにはチェックインタイムよりも随分早い10時半に着きましたが、快く部屋に通して頂け時間を有効活用できました。敷地内の全てが丁寧に手入れされており、スタッフの皆さんも大変印象がよく快適でした。朝食ビュッフェも種類豊富で美味しくてつい食べ過ぎに。 一点だけ2日目に飲料水の補充がなく、 冷蔵庫のミネラルウォーターを買うことになったのはちょっと残念でしたが、その他館内、周辺は充実しており街の中心部にも徒歩10分程度で行け五つ星以上のメリットを感じられました。

직원분들 친절하고 편안하고 아늑한 작은 호텔입니다. 모기가 많아서 밤마다 약뿌리느라 힘들었던 기억이나네요.. 조식은 훌륭합니다. 마롱고 커피캡슐을 잘 리필해주지 않아서 좀 이상한거 빼곤 괜찮았습니다.
