The staff were welcoming, kind, and professional. The only feedback we have is that the road is off the main path, and may need to help install some lights to help with visibility at night, and the location to be visible for GRAB drivers for pick up / drop off. Would recommend to friends and family! Overall, we enjoyed our stay!

I can say the Anataya Resort was the best choice for me and my wife. Stuff always wear a smile and keep hospitality split. There are no shops around there and Tuku Tuku must be needed to go to the Old Market, but it is always calm and always filled with the sound of nature. In my case, I was able to relax at the pool side very comfortably the day after taking a tour or cycling. The restaurant offers good Khmer cuisine, so Kuy teav is definitely worth a try. If you want to enjoy not only the activities like visiting Ankor monuments but also the healing time simultaneously, I can strongly recommend the Anataya Resort for you.

Very thankful for the excellent service of the staff, they are attentive and caring, giving us a free bottle of wine. The breakfast was good. However, this is not a 5 star resort. It is outdated and the facilities are dirty, rusty and faulty. The shower was leaking, bath tub tap was not turning properly and the water turns cold during a bath. The pool had green algae and the wooden door was chipped off. The lights were bright white.They also changed name a few times and the place is quite secluded and you have to enter a narrow dirt road to get there.

Really fantastic, green hotel and flastic free Hotel concept,location only 10min by Tuk Tuk to city centre, with a very impressive large pool and excellent spa. Our room was huge, immaculate and very luxurious. The staff were so friendly and accommodating, nothing was too much trouble and they really went out of their way to make sure we enjoyed our stay. I would definitely recommend it, great chilled place to stay when you've just arrived after a long haul flight. We highly recommended to our friends.

다른 캄보디아 호텔에 비해 서비스가 아쉬워요

프라이빗풀에 흙먼지가 많이 있어서 흙냄새가 났어요. 비행시간때문에 투어후 빈방에서 샤워했는데 왕 바퀴벌레 4마리가 뒤집어져 있었습니다. 문들이 전체적으로 아귀가 잘 안맞아서 열고 닫기 힘듭니다. 시골 외진곳에 있어 이동이 어렵습니다. 가격에 비해 서비스가 아쉽습니다. 결론적으로 같은 가격이면 더 좋은 호텔을 이용할 수 있을것 같습니다. (더 저렴하게 이용했던 다른 호텔이 오히려 더 좋았어요)

Hotel promised to offer free tuk tuk to take us back to hotel from city centre, but driver didn’t show up & we have to take tuk tuk by ourselves after awaiting for hotel’s tuk tuk for over 30mins.... No apology from hotel & staff just said the driver couldn’t find us! Won’t recommend to my friends anyway

Fantastisk hotellopphold

Vi hadde et fantastisk flott opphold på hotellet, vi tilbrakte 4 netter her. Hotellet ordnet sightseeing til oss i 3 dager. Vi fikk egen bil med en snill og grei sjåfør, og verdens beste engelskspråklig guide som het Suy Chhneang. Det var litt dyrt, men absolutt verdt hver krone. Hotellet ligger litt i utkanten av byen, men de tilbyr gratis transport til og fra sentrum. En fin detalj fra hotellets side var at vi fikk utlevert en mobiltelefon som m De henter og bringer til og fra flyplassen, også dette er gratis. Utrolig hyggelig og imøtekommende personale.

Superbe hôtel !

Waaao! Tout était super dans ce magnifique hôtel ! Nous étions dans une des grandes villas pool... Spacieuse , belle... L'hôtel est un peu excentré mais cela permet d'être loin de l'agitation du centre tout en pouvant y aller facilement en tuk tuk... L'hôtel m3t a disposition un tuk tuk gratuitement de 18h a 22h et fournit un téléphone pour les contacter... :) Le must est l'accueil de tout le personnel, plein d'attentions, de prévenances, de conseils... Merci Liwan!

Luxury peaceful retreat

We chose this hotel to relax after a busy tour and it was perfect. As soon as we arrived the staff could not do enough to help. They were all fantastic. The rooms were beautifully furnished a touch of care and luxury everywhere. This hotel is a hidden gem with a great pool. Facilities and superb food. The hotel will help with excursions or activities that you wish to try and don't forget to try the spa the treatments are excellent and great value. We loved our stay and would highly recommend it to others.

Perfect family vacation

We simply loved our stay at Nita by Vo. Our kids loved the staff, the pool and the food! Everyone at the hotel was very friendly and helpful. We had no troubles getting into town and anywhere else we wished to visit. The rooms are very spacious and again the kids loved the overall atmosphere. We will definitely visit again.

Quiet hotel with spacious rooms

Had a lovely stay at the hotel, rooms were spacious and comfortable. Pool and surrounding area lovely. I would highly recommend this hotel based on the above but also due to how attentive and friendly staff were, and the fact they don’t have many rooms so has quite a boutique feel. Nice small touches such as refreshing drinks when returning to hotel. The hotel is a bit out of the city centre but they provide free shuttle transport to and from centre in evening plus airport transfer. Other times we got a tuk tuk for about $3. Other guests walked into the centre but I think this is a fairly long walk (maybe 45 mins) and it was quite hot! In particular I would like to say that I had a problem with my eye whilst in Siem Reap, the hotel staff picked me up in their car and took me to a local ophthalmologist immediately and waited with me until I was seen before taking me back to hotel. They were very helpful and took great care of me which was hugely appreciated as I had blurred vision and was quite scary having a health problem somewhere so far from home!

Great staff and nice little resort

It is a small resort with only around 25 rooms on site. However, the staff did an excellent job while we were there. It is about a 5-8 min ride to the city via tuk tuk for 3 USD one way. The staff arranged a tuk tuk for us every time when we went out. There is nothing around the hotel so you must go to the city for food or eat at the hotel. The hotel offers free shuttle between 5-10pm. There was not enough hot enough to use the nice bathtub in the room. The hotel said they are aware of this issue and it has been complained many times by other guests. They are working on getting a bigger water tank. Other than this, I wished the breakfast menu would be different everyday. We ate the same thing every morning as there were only three selections: Asian, American and English. It wasn't a buffet.
