A reservation was changed to the Mane Village Suites, and we couldn’t be more happy. It was a wonderful property, beautiful pool, and the rooms were very comfortable. The staff was very accommodating and extremely helpful. I highly recommend you stay here.
Staff very welcoming and accommodating. Rooms very spacious and clean. Beds comfortable. Walkable to markets and dining options. Tuk tuks also readily available for transport. Quiet hotel off an alleyway. Not located on a Main Street. Would stay here again.
With out doubt one of the most friendliest hotels I have visited in Asia. All staff go out of their way to make welcome and do everything they can to make sure stay enjoyable
The staff was excellent and very accommodating. The air conditioning was marginal and only in the rooms- no AC anywhere else, including the gym. Definitely not a 5 star hotel, but for Cambodia, it was overall nice for the price. There is only one pool. Which is totally fine and the pool was lovely, but misrepresented by the hotel. There is no spa. Easy transportation right outside the hotel. Overall, a nice stay but again, misrepresented by the photos and description on the website.
We stayed in this lovely hotel for four days and loved it so much that I can recommend it without hesitation!
The design truly mirrors the hotel name and the stuff is very welcoming and friendly.
We used the spa as well and the therapists were outstanding.
Many thanks again for making our stay exceptional!

Sara
This is a great choice. Spacious rooms with beautiful colonial and Khmer touches. Breakfast is great, free airport pick up and free tuk tuk rides to town. Most of all, really kind and thoughtful staff. This place is a gem.
All the staff at this hotel was incredibly nice and did everything they could to make our stay a great one. They accommodated a very late dinner, upgraded our room when we had an issue with the water and helped us coordinate transport, tours so we didn’t have to worry about anything. Thank you guys!
A great hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and the service excellent. Very clean and comfortable. Breakfast cooked to order with lots of choice. In a quiet location close to Angkor Wat. Free shuttle to airport provided. The swimming pool was very clean. It was my husband's 60th birthday and the staff gave him a beautiful cake and decorated our room. I highly recommend staying at this property.
This was an outstanding trip from the moment we arrived until the moment we left. The service was unbelievable and I felt that the staff genuinely wanted us to feel special and tended to. The property is beautiful with lovely red accents in the chandeliers, paintings, tablecloths etc… and the beds are very comfortable! I can’t say enough how great the service was and the complementary breakfasts were delicious! I would 100% come back to this property and recommend it for anyone coming to Siem Reap!
This hotel was wonderful mainly because of the friendly, helpful and gracious staff. Everyone was so nice and the service was excellent at reception, the restaurant, the spa and every other aspect. Miss Need, who ran the front desk was especially nice and helpful and arranged transportation, dinners and tours for us. She tried to anticipate our every need. She was so warm and seemed personally invested in making sure we enjoyed our visit to the city. Also the room was large and sparkling clean! We would stay here every time if we had the chance.
Lovely property, amazing room, i almost did not leave to go sightseeing. The bed was so comfortable. The location is in the middle of Angkor Wat and the City Centre, so it was really convenient to go both ways. The hotel has their own tuktuk to bring you anywhere. Service was impeccable from booking all the way to check out. They were so personalised and aceessible, even through text! Big thank you to Yen and her team. Just a really great experience overall.
I loved every detail about my stay! Exceptionally clean room, pool area and dining areas, comfortable bed, wonderful artwork and sculptures throughout, and some fantastic and yummy food from the hotel restaurant.
There was a complimentary afternoon tea that was exceptionally tasty and fun!
But the absolute best part of my stay was the wonderful staff, that always had charming smiles and a warm welcome, every time I was able to see them. Simply the best hospitality I have ever experienced from my travels.
So much thanks for everyone that was so kind and caring for me during my stay! 😁❤️
This hotel has exceptional service from the moment you step in until they send you off. We were warmly welcomed every time we saw a staff member. They were so attentive and offered us many comforts and services. Some even complimentary. The property is beautiful and so was our room. Breakfast and afternoon tea were complimentary daily during our stay. All staff especially our main concierge person, Need, were so warm and attentive with much detail. This hotel is one of a kind!

The staff are truly exceptional, ever so attentive, accommodating and helpful. They made me feel like I would be well-taken of in any situations. I would like to mention Von Yen who responded to my message even while on her way home and made sure my needs were taken care of. The hotel’s service recovery is also one of the best I experienced. After been awaken by a rooster for two nights, I asked for a change of room. Not only were my request accommodated, I was also provided with free massages, just what I need after all the walking and climbing among the temples! They also decorated my bed with petals and heart to make me feel welcomed. If there is any problem, it’s that I have to dash my hope of losing weight. The hotel food is so tasty and well-presented that I ended up eating more than usual. I would highly recommend their egg florentine, stir fried yellow noodles with shrimp and Khmer lime soup with fish. Simply delicious!
The hotel is great, and everything from my arrival to my departure was flawless. A genuine 10/10 hotel. Ms. Yen at the reception desk was very friendly and helpful in booking my excursion to Angkor Wat and the other temples (don't miss Ta Phrom), and her English is excellent, so communication was easy. The rest of the employees went above and beyond to make my stay at this place memorable. They also picked me up from the airport and returned me in a private car with air conditioning when it was time to travel back.
The hotel is spotless and has a lovely colonial design. The bed was quite comfy, and the room was enormous! The bathroom was large and provided everything I needed. The bed was the most comfortable I'd slept in a long time.
The breakfast was also fantastic, with wonderful Benedictine eggs.
It is located in the middle of the road between Angkor Wat and the Royal Palace/Pub Street area where everything happens at night, and the distance to each side is around 4 minutes by Tuk Tuk. You can also walk, but the heat in Siem Reap was unbearable, so it's best to take a Tuk Tuk.
Overall, this is the place to stay at when in Siem Reap; I was extremely pleased with my stay and strongly suggest it.
