We enjoyed the very friendly and helpful staff. The food at the hotel was also very good. It is in a great, central location with Siem Reap. The staff will help arrange any tours or travel you need to visit the area and its amazing temples.

Good food and great drinks, but the staff is really what sets this hotel apart. They would greet us by name and go above and beyond to make sure we have everything we needed. The cocktails at the swim up bar were delicious. The property is in a great location and just steps away from pub street, but far enough away to be free of the noise. The pool and rooms are beautiful. We will miss Sophorn (Sophia) the most, what a gem. I would highly recommend this place and hope to come back soon.

Our stay was above any expectations. From minute one till our departure we felt really welcomed. Everything was great. And room, and beautiful pool, and breakfast. Also I have to mention spa. We had different type of massage there and it was great.

This place was really a treat. We were taken care of like royalty. Location is perfect, right in town with shopping, food, bars, and massages very close by. Mr. Tong took great care of us and made us feel like family. He was so welcoming and friendly. He set us up with a wonderful tuk tuk driver for the temples who spoke our language. I highly recommend you have him do so for you. We also set up a car to and from the airport through the hotel, which was really spectacular service. Our room was large, modern, and comfortable. I can’t say enough great things about this hotel.

The staff are very welcoming and can’t do enough for you. The hotel is in a great location. Pool and swim up bar was great after a day at the temples. Breakfast had a great selection both western and Asian dishes. Best place in Siem Reap.

Amazing staff
The shower setup was really nice, the hotel is in a great location where you can walk straight to Pub street and the staff make you feel like a valued customer which is a forgotten art these days.

The staff at this hotel are exceptional and go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. I was welcomed by name throughout my stay and they were always very happy to help with anything I needed. The hotel is great value for money and very conveniently located, being just a few minutes walk from Pub Street. If I was going back to Siem Reap, I would definitely stay there again.

We had a lovely stay at Central Suite thanks to the awesome team led by Ms Sokha (GM) and Ms Lina (Front office manager) who went all the went out to make our stay extra comfortable. Upon knowing its our birthday trip, they decorated the room and even surprised us with a birthday cake in our room with their crew! The rooms are very spacious and clean, beds and pillows are comfortable as well. Day in, day out, we were greeted by our names. And the location is great as well, just minutes walk from restaurants and night market. We didn't had to take tuk tuk to anywhere. Overall their hospitality is out of this world!

Very helpful staff! They helped book my Angkor Wat tour & I also did a Cambodian cooking class with the hotel chefs - great fun! All staff extremely attentive and always wanting to help.

Lovely hotel, fantastic and attentive staff that went out of their way to make us feel welcomed. If you are a light sleeper ask for the quieter side of the hotel as the nearby Pub street can get noisy.

Hotel is in great location, 5 min walk to pub street. Still quite at night for good sleep. Room spacious, bed comfortable. Breakfast had good selections of everything. Pool was clean and serene. Of all the things, staff is what made this hotel memorable experience. They remembered all our names, greeted us every time they saw us. Since it was hot, we were given refreshing towel. Everyone was very sweet including the manager. Customer service is at next level. stsweey

Friendly staff, Lina was a great host booked transportation and tour guides for us. She was always ready to great us and her staff has excellent manners and always have a smile on their face. Close to shipping and bars, close to the airport and great food. Place is clean and comfortable. Highly recommend this hotel.

The hospitality, the service with a smile - amazing. Truly well trained staff who welcome the guests with "welcome home" every time one walks into the hotel, and take care of everyone of our requests with ease. From the GM to the line staff to the staff member who was tending to the garden, were friendly, helpful and welcoming at all times. We have stayed in several great hotels during our travels, however this hidden gem has certainly brought out the old fashioned hospitality to the forefront.

The best staff
We stayed in the family suite and the whole hotel was excellent. Staff extremely polite, professional, nothing too much trouble and always greet you in the morning or when returning to the hotel. Location excellent. Very nice hotel and swimming pool but the staff were the best thing about the hotel. Will definitely stay here again if we are in Siem Reap.
