「The stay was generally good, the staff were very friendly and helped to make our stay comfortable. The breakfast was generous and well organised. 「provided a room at basement floor the second light around 2200, electricity out for 1 hour, tried to call the hotel telephone number more than 10 times which they said will forward to mobile after 2000 but no answer, even no reply to my email until today the most horrible is no emergency light in the room, the electric curtains cannot open because no electricity, this means the only exit is the room door, completely no safety sense and ignore the life of the people. 1 star cannot reflect the...

「Gorgeous hotel, the design is cohesive throughout, lovely art, comfortable and beautiful at the same time. So many thoughtful touches everywhere you look. Well located, staff is super friendly and professional at the same time. The spa is wonderful, drinks in the lobby bar perfection. Towels were huge and soft. Robes super soft and comfy. Ok the only thing I can fault is the pillow cases were not soft..oddly scratchy but that’s really sounding spoiled now isn’t it?」

「Wir haben 1 Nacht im Hotel verbracht und konnten wirklich gut entspannen. Die Therme sowie die Zimmer sind super sauber und modern. Auch das Frühstück sowie das Essen in Otto‘s Bar war sehr frisch und lecker. Wir kommen gerne wieder.」
