"I was an El Alamain for the Egypt Airshow and chose this hotel for its proximity to the airport compared with the other hotel options that were recommended for the event. The location is fantastic. My room was clean and the amenities provided were superb. "İ choosed the more expensive house form both were available on the page, after that i texted the company responsible for renting and they told me this isnt the apartment you choosed. And here started the story, different apartment, promised wifi not available, no ironing machine, no cleaning done daily as promised.... No nothing, just a good location of the apartment and the size .....very old furniture, pictures were done by Aİ, i have the proof.... To be honest i wouldnt risk my brand name...

"Lovely hotel, spacious room, stylish interior design, incredible breakfast, but most importantly very attentive staff. The breakfast manager made an exception for us and asked the chef to cook eggs royal made to order. The reception staff were very friendly. We could hear the communal music from the corridor when we went to bed. We mentioned it the next morning and it was taken care of and the person greetings us at the valet parking let us know it’s been turned down even though we arrived at 4:30am that day! The attention to detail is really above and beyond. Free bikes to ride around the resort is a bonus."

The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the view added an extra touch of luxury to the experience. Dining at the hotel was a highlight. "VIDA Marina Marassi left my husband and I in awe! We had a wonderful experience from the moment we arrived until check out. We were greeted by the Duty Manager, Nada who was not only polite and professional, but also a breath of fresh air to work with a we wanted to upgrade our room. She went up herself to make sure everything was up to standard before we received the keys! The day before check in we called the hotel to double check on our booking details and some logistics relating to our marriage license… We spoke to Seham who was truly wonderful, she answered all of our questions and double checked with her supervisors on everything before getting back to us. She called us back multiple times to make sure we’re taken care of and that everything is set before we arrive. The room was so clean and the view was breathtaking on the Marina… we were greeted by a sweet note and a welcome cake! We ate at both restaurants SOCAL and Origins and both were truly amazing! Mohammad and Abdallah were very friendly and made sure that we had everything we need. At check out we were greeted by Rewan who was the cherry on top of our stay wishing us well and answered all of our questions as we are planning to come back in August! To everyone at VIDA Marina - we had a blast and were blown away by the level of service and professionalism matched by the welcoming staff and phenomenal atmosphere! We weren’t planning another trip to Egypt this year, but because of this wonderful experience we will!"
