「Purely amazing. Amazing and beautiful location, beautiful property. Concierge staff, pool bar staff, beach bar staff, breakfast team, housekeeping staff - all on another level of friendliness and courtesy. Struggled to find a flaw in any part of our stay. One of our best trips, albeit to short. Cannot recommend this hotel ans its team enough.」

「Great customer service. Authentic Egyptian breakfast. Access to club house amazing beach, pools and kids entertainment.」

「The hotel bed is not comfortable The beach is full of plastic on the sand , water . People throw glass bottles on the sea . Breakfast is great .Blue ocean and nice views . Pool water very cold . The rooms are degraded and lack of maintenance. No towels all the time and full of stains . many problems about towels give you used towels from other person . Too expensive for the conditions 」

「I was an El Alamain for the Egypt Airshow and chose this hotel for its proximity to the airport compared with the other hotel options that were recommended for the event. The location is fantastic. My room was clean and the amenities provided were superb. The hotel itself is located in the Hacienda neighborhood - and for those who are coming by taxi (or Uber, which I recommend) , you will need to instruct the driver to enter the Hacienda area through gate number two. 「We really enjoyed staying on the property, beautifully designed inside and outside. Our suite was spacious and bright. We enjoyed walking around the lake very much.
