Amazing!!

Incredible, everything about our stay was incredible. Food in the buffet and a la cartes for breakfast, lunch and dinner was the best we have experienced in hotels, room was perfect, the staff desperately want you to be happy, they treat you like family. We will be revisiting many times in the future.

Magnificent service at a lovely hotel

Exceptional from start to finish. Staff from General Manager down all dedicated to ensuring guests had a great stay. Food, drink, rooms and facilities all excellent. Was relaxed within minutes. This hotel is a joy to stay at and we will join the vast number of returning guests.

An absolutely beautiful hotel within walking distance to the beach where the hotel has an amazing bar service - yes- right by the beach. So you can enjoy the warmer weather with a beverage or two of your choice. We had a lovely week and will return.

Yemek secenekleri boldu ve hepsi cok lezzetliydi. Calisanlar hem cok guleryuzlu hem de cok caliskanlardi ve samimilerdi. Otel tertemiz. Havuz cok guzel, aksam etkinlikleri de eglenceliydi, yeniden gelmek icin sabirsizlaniyoruz. Ayrica otelde kendi aritma tesislerinden aritilan cam sisede su verilmesi cok buyuk artiydi. Otelin dogaya saygisi suradan anlasiliyor, koskocaman bir agac sebebiyle restorani buyuk kare yapmak yerine etrafindan U seklinde yapmislar. Ve de ornegin otelin icindeki oturma grubunun altina bir kedi dogum yapmis kimse rahatsiz etmesin diye ustune yastiklar ve uyari tabelasi koymuslar. Cok guzel bir davranisti. Burayi asiri sevdik Barut grubuna bayiliyoruz. Bir de aksam yapilan havuzdaki köpük partisi inanilmaz keyifliydi

Hotels Blue Andız ailesine misafirperverlikleri için çok teşekkür ederim. Konaklamam boyunca her detayda titizlik ve kalite hissediliyordu. Özellikle Savaş Bey ve ekibinin turizm konusunda eğitimli ve profesyonel oluşu, otele ciddi anlamda bir kalite ve güven duygusu katmış. Tüm misafirlere tek tek güler yüzle, sabırla ve içtenlikle yaklaşmaları gerçekten etkileyiciydi. Oda temizliği, yemekler, tesisin huzurlu atmosferi ve personelin ilgisiyle çok güzel bir deneyim yaşadım. Dinlenmek, keyifli vakit geçirmek ve kendini özel hissetmek isteyen herkes gönül rahatlığıyla tercih edebilir. Emeği geçen herkese tekrar teşekkür ederim.

Resepsiyonda ilk karşılaşma anından çıkışa kadar tüm konaklamamız boyunca gayet güler yüzlü ve yardımcı personel ile çok keyifli ve huzurlu bir tatil geçirdik. Odaların temizliği, restoranın servis hizmeti ve yemeklerin lezzeti, bardaki arkadaşların yaklaşımı, plajda Ercan beyin konukseverliği muhteşemdi. Yemekler-içecekler ve hizmet üst düzeyde, yetişkinlere özel bir otel olduğundan oldukça dingin bir ortam var, hem sahilde hem de havuz başında her an şezlong bulmak mümkün, genel misafir profili orta yaş ve üzeri alman ve ingiliz turistler. Ein wirklich schönes Hotel für einen Kurztrip. Das Hotel liegt in kurzer Entfernung zum Strand. Dort gibt es einen reservierten Bereich für die Hotelgäste. Am Strand gibt es ein paar Getränke, jedoch nicht die große Auswahl die es an der Poolbar gibt. Wenn man also Cocktails am Strand trinken will muss man die 5 Minuten Fußweg auf sich nehmen und die Getränke am Pool bestellen. Das Essen wie auch die Getränke waren ausgesprochen gut! Das Personal ist wirklich sehr nett und hilfsbereit, viele sprechen auch sehr gut Deutsch ansonsten kommt man mit englisch gut zurecht.

Wunderschönes Hotel mit super Personal.

Dieses Hotel ist sauber, modern und auf neuestem Stand. Hat eine Poolbar und eine super schöne Dachterrassen Bar wo es während unseren Aufenthalts eine schöne Live Musik Abend gab. Das Essen ist super, Frühstück Mittag und Abendessen ist ein offenes Büffee. Das Highlight sind aber die super Mitarbeiter in diesem Hotel, die jeden Wunsch erfüllen. Strand ist ca 200 Meter entfernt, es gibt Liegen und Wasser und Eis dort.

Since the check-in until the check-out, we fully enjoyed 5 nights and all the staff’s hospitality. First of all, the hotel manager welcomed us, not at the front desk, but at comfortable sofa with refreshing welcome drinks, kindly giving us full details. In checking out, he kindly compared the transport to the airport and offered the best way. Every restaurant staff did all the efforts to make our stay as comfortable as possible, with smiles, greetings, full attentiveness, and some interests in Japanese language, as we are Japanese. One front staff with good command of Japanese spoke to us in Japanese and we enjoyed such chats. The restaurants serve various cuisines every day. The exclusive beach is outside of the hotel, but very close and the staff there took care of us, asking us regularly if we needed any drinks or ice creams, so kindly. Eating ice cream on the sunny beach was perfect. They also offer free programs, Joga on the beach, live band show and many free of charge. One suggestion for improvement. We asked the hotel desk for any marine supports activity(parasailing) available but they didn’t know the operators or costs. It would have been more appreciated to have the cost comparison and advice of the marine sports operators. Lastly, this was our first and excellent “all inclusive” experience and fully enjoyed 5 nights and wanted to stay longer. We can’t wait to come back there. Thank you once again for all the staff’s hospitality and big smiles.
