Rezervasyon yaptırdığım ve ödemesini yaptığım otele saat 18.00de ulaştık. Hotels.com ve otel arasındaki iletişim sıkıntısı nedeniyle yaklaşık 2 saat check in işlemi yapılamadı. Resepsiyon görevlisi iyi niyetli olmakla beraber yeterli beceriye sahip değildi. Otelin konfor ve temizliği fiyat/performans açısından zayıftı. Personel yetersizdi. Herşey dahil konsepti olarak belirtilen tanıtıma rağmen çok az içecek ücretsiz konseptteydi. Tek olumlu söylenecek husus otelin güzel plajıydı.

Otelin yeri guzel. Yemekler fena degil. Otel calisanlari genel olarak cana yakin sadece bazen yabanci turistlerle fazla samimi oluyorlar. En buyuk artisi bircok havuzunun olmasi. Otel genel olarak guzel bir daha giderim tavsiye ederim.
