Good stay in Taxes Inn Sibu

The location of the hotel is very convenient, with short walking distance to the center. The room is clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly.

You pay for what you get is essentially it. Basic amenities to get a hot shower and good night's sleep which was all we needed. Opted this place as it was new and near town. Staff could be better trained

The parking lots are limited though… 1st come 1st serve basis. I got my car park but I had to take Grab car to go shopping/dinner cos I don’t want to lose the parking lot.

Room smelled of smoke and air conditioning was broken. Walls were peeling and condition was overall quite poor. Definitely not as good as the reviews suggest.

It is value for money;it has a lot to offer for a good price and the room is very nice and comfortable. The staff are nice and friendly, the check in process is smooth and quick and request for toiletries is very convenient. Coffeeshops are available around walking distance thus it is very convenient location even if you have no car. There are some plaster peeling off at the bathroom entrance and also my room has smoke smell due to other rooms have people smoking inside (3rd floor) even though the rooms are non smoking rooms. The other room had the smoke alarm wrapped up by previous guest so that they can smoke. Thus that room has strong smoke smell. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay.

Ottimo hotel a Sibu con comode stanze e servizi igienici. Nella struttura c'è anche un ristorante con lo stesso nome, ma con gestione indipendente, dove è possibile cenare evitando di uscire alla sera in una zona che sembra non troppo sicura.

Trés bien. Tis a good place to stay. Situated a walking distance from commercial area i.e. fast food restaurant (McD, KFC, Pizza Hut) and shopping stores (Sanyan Plaza, Parkson, 7E), this inn provided clean modern style room with pristine attached bathroom; in addition with warm water heater, clear transmission flatTV with all free basic channel and one plus point - the hairdryer. Others: free parking lot, free drink. Other area to improve including the wifi connection plus to issue written wifi password to customer and to label each care product tubes (i.e. body shower soap/ hair shampoo) and if possible to put signboard in all direction and and locate in google map accurately so that easier to find the inn. Service staff can be improved better
