The G mgr of this value for money hotel don't care about customers being UPSET over the v V poor wi fi signals in the room. . These days ,even No star rated hotels are expected to provide 3 bars strength in room wi fi .

Room is comfy. Toilet seat is old and need to be changed. Breakfast is not so good. We had nasi lemak but the sambal was cold. And there is only nasi lemak and fried rice available. I was expecting more for the room price. Hotel condition was satisfactory

I was booked on an executive floor on the higher level with good town views. The room was spacious and comfortable with good facilities. The TV set should be updated to keep up with time.

Ok hotel för övernattning. Frukosten har det som man behöver med lokal karaktär. Nära till shopping och restauranger. Endast 4 fungerande tv kanaler på gammal "tjock tv". Förväntade mig lite mer här. Som internationell gäst finns inte mycket att se. Har lite högre betyg och pris än vad som är värt enligt min mening. Det fungerar men är ingen upplevelse.

Average hotel which located right in the city

Room and toilet is spacious, but the bed is not very comfortable. Breakfast is not good, of low quality and not many choices. They will charge additional person of RM30 if breakfast is not included in your booking.

That the location is central and it is connected to a shopping centre. My stay this year was very disappointing. The amenities in the rooms are rundown esp the bathroom. There should be a shower cubicle to cater for elderly guests. When we checked in at 10 pm, we were given a room where the aircon did not work.The temperature did not drop below 28 degrees. After several complaints, the staff agreed to change to a new room. The question I have is how RH hotel can rent out rooms with malfunctioning aircons?? The front line staff was initially totally unhelpful saying that the hotel was fully booked, until I told them that I would give feedback to Expedia.

RH Hotel, not again.

I have never experienced miserable people in a hotel. Poor level of English didn't understand my question. I realised the next day they were absolutely incorrect. I am a vegetarian, I had spring rolls only for dinner. The customer service was poor. They were not attentive. I didn't sleep a wink. Awake all night. I couldn't wait to check out. Not worth paying what I did. Won't stay there again.

Okay okay je

Had non smoking rooms connecting but one of rooms smelled terrible of smoke. They came and sprayed but was still bad. Finally moved half of our family to a room 2 floors away - would have preferred two rooms together still but was okay. Was very hot even with air con on - could not be turned down lower than 25 C - very uncomfortable to sleep

Suggestions For Improvement

Hotel bathroom needs upgrading as it looks rundown. A shower cubicle is preferable for elderly guests. A handheld shower is seriously needed for ease of bathing. Phone did not work and had to be repaired during my stay.
