A Cozy Place for a night or two.

WE only stayed one night. The room was quite small but clean. The bed was fine, There are some fairly steep stairs to climb but that's the norm in the area. Also and more important for us... it was quite difficult to find parking and parking was semi costly. All in all if I were still a backpacker, the place would work well... better than if one were driving and wanted to stay for a couple of days. In addition, there was a heat wave at the time of our visit. We're very glad there was a fridge and AC. The AC was noisy but what's new?

Mooie en moderne kamer

Mooie, moderne kamer met airco in het centrum van Sibenik. Er zijn gratis parkingen in de buurt aanwezig, bij ons waren deze jammer genoeg bezet. De host heeft ons wel geholpen met een goedkope parkeerplaats buiten het centrum. Als je veel bagage meesleurt zou ik deze wel eerst in de buurt van Xboutique afzetten. Xboutique zelf ligt in de voetgangerszone waar je niet met de auto mag komen. Er waren 2 gordijnen (witte en grijze overgordijnen) die op dezelfde bar hingen dus deze kon je moeilijk sluiten om het helemaal donker te krijgen. Daarnaast was er in onze kamer die beneden aan de straat lag ook veel lawaai. Het is een open douche, maar de onderkant is helaas niet goed afgesloten waardoor het water in heel de badkamer komt te staan. Host was wel vriendelijk & behulpzaam.

Perfect

Very nice appartement directly in the old Town. There is a parking lot near by and Ante the host waited for us and lead us there so it was easy. he also offered us coffee, lavender and even manage to give me back an item I had forgotten. Very professional.

The manager of the apartment was very helpful and went out of his way to make us feel welcome. The apartment was not accessible by car as it was situated in a narrow lane near the old town. To make things worse, there was construction going on right next door. The manager came to pick us up from an adjacent parking lot, treated us with wine and chocolate, helped to carry our luggage both ways. He certainly did his part and more. The room itself was functional and, for a one night stay, served its purpose. Main tourist attractions were all withing short walking distances.
